Pending Approval	HCSD	Allows provision of rapid but very limited access for specific positions designated in PeopleSoft or by facility. Adjustment of access to a fully "functional role" will require a specific request from a department director and completion of training.
Admitting Tech	HCSD	Admission and/or registration clerk or hospital/clinic admitting tech (HAT) with basic needs to access CLIQ for demographic and visit history information

Behavior Health Counselor	HCSD	Behavioral health counselors located at ILH community clinics with a need to document QuickNotes related to phone follow-up with patients between visits.
Billing / Claims	HCSD	Billing and claims personnel requiring read only access to work claims/bills while avoiding the need to call the paper medical record
Billing / Claims_XA	non-LSU XA	Billing and claims personnel working at non-LSU XA organization requiring read only access to work claims/bills while avoiding the need to call the paper medical record
Cardiology Tech AdvClinical	HCSD	Cardiology technician with advanced clinical responsibilities requiring access to a larger set of clinical results/reports data to complete job function (recommended by LJC)
Cardiology Tech	HCSD	Cardiology technician with need to access clinical or admininstrative data

CLIQ Admin	HCSD	CLIQ team administrative role with read-only access to data and application change management
CLIQ Data Quality	HCSD	CLIQ data validation role with read-only access to data
CLIQ Student Nurse Training	HCSD	Role granted to student nurses for CLIQ training. Role has restricted access only to nnnTest patients
CLIQ Support	HCSD	Role granted to CLIQ support personnel to test CLIQ functionality and performance. Role has restricted access only to zzzTest patients.
CLIQ Trainer CMM Nurse	HCSD	HCSD personnel qualified to train new users on all CLIQ functions including CMM non-prescriber roles (i.e. nurse, pharmacist). Role has restricted access only to nnnTest patients
CLIQ Trainer CMM Prescriber	HCSD	HCSD personnel qualified to train new users on all CLIQ functions including CMM prescriber roles (i.e. MD, NP, PA). Role has restricted access only to zzzTest patients
CLIQ Trainer General	HCSD	HCSD personnel qualified to train new users on all CLIQ functions except those related to CMM. Role has restricted access only to zzzTest patients
